Description
Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA. Presented is a challenging 1948-49 Leaf #123 Clifford Fannin shortprint. This properly centered keepsake presents much better than the technical grade suggests with precise centering, strong corners and bleach white edges. Stray printing imperfections are noticeable along the right edge and the name portion of the design.
