Mitchell & Ness Los Angeles Dodgers size "XL" gray flannel jersey with factory tags and Cooperstown Collection label attached. Koufax has signed on the front left breast, with the inscription "HOF 72". Despite moderate ink migration, this autograph remains a potent ("8") strength example. 


New Era Los Angeles Dodgers size "7-1/2" blue hat in like-new condition, with factory tag attached. Koufax has signed ("8-9") in silver on the bill, with "32" inscription.
