With his broad shoulders, muscular arms, and a classic batting pose, Mickey Mantle cut a fine figure at the plate. The folks at Hartland Plastics did more than a fine job recreating Mickey's iconic stance, with this 1958-1962 Mantle statue. This vintage 7" figure is faithful in its life-like detail, right down to the grip on the handle of the bat. A small dab of extraneous clear foreign matter is located on the right side of the statue's butt, the uniform is a soft white shade, and there is a minute abrasion on the left side of the hat brim. Otherwise, this is a fantastic free standing example with original bat, that shows NM+ details, including bold paint, strong gloss, and a very clean surface.
