Slick-fielder Aurelio Rodriguez manned the "Hot Corner" for the Detroit Tigers from 1971-1979. Coming off a 1972 first place finish in the A.L. East, Rodriguez wore the offered jersey in 1973, while leading the Tigers in doubles and RBI. This game-used Tigers home jersey is affixed with a Wilson size "40" label inside the collar, and the left tail bears a "73 Set 1" patch. Rodriguez' name and number "4" patches on the back show light to moderate wear, as does the Detroit team logo patch on the left breast. The lining inside the collar is considerably sweat-stained, and there are some small marks on the left sleeve. The buttons are securely attached, and the off-white fabric shows general light to moderate wear. Phil Wood LOA.
